Up to an 8 year sentence.

Grand larceny is when someone steals stuff that’s worth a lot of money or is really valuable. It’s a bigger deal than just taking something small, like shoplifting a candy bar. Each place has its own rules about how much the stolen stuff has to be worth before it’s called grand larceny, but it’s basically about stealing expensive things. Because it’s a serious crime, getting caught can lead to harsher punishments like longer time in jail or big fines.

I’m finally a felon! Which means that this picture below is illegal going forward.
